For special events put on by the Asian American Club.
Advance notice for tickets are offered in the following order:
Volunteers and Performers – at least 2 weeks ahead of the public offering
Members of the Asian American Club – within 1 week of the volunteer and performer offering
Prior Patrons including those wait listed – within 1 week of the volunteer and performer offering
Public Offering – 4-6 weeks ahead of the event.
Tickets are issued on a first come first serve basis with preference given to
1. Asian American Club members
2 . Past patrons and volunteers
2. Other Asian Club members
3. The Public
